| 摘 要： | 新孢子虫病是一类新发现的、严重危害畜牧业的原虫寄生虫病,能引起母畜流产和死胎,新孢子虫病也是导致奶牛流产的主要病因之一,给各国奶牛业造成巨大的经济损失。目前,尚没有防治本病的有效药物或疫苗,因此及时检出病牛是预防本病的有效方法。本文主要对新孢子虫的病原学诊断方法,免疫学检测方法及分子生物学检测方法的研究进展进行了综述。
