新孢子虫病检测方法研究进展

摘    要:新孢子虫病是一类新发现的、严重危害畜牧业的原虫寄生虫病,能引起母畜流产和死胎,新孢子虫病也是导致奶牛流产的主要病因之一,给各国奶牛业造成巨大的经济损失。目前,尚没有防治本病的有效药物或疫苗,因此及时检出病牛是预防本病的有效方法。本文主要对新孢子虫的病原学诊断方法,免疫学检测方法及分子生物学检测方法的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract:Neosporiasis is a newly discovered protozoosis that can cause miscarriages and stillbirths in pregnant cattle.Neosporiasis is also a significant cause of economic loss in the dairy industry primarily because it causes abortions.However,there is no treatment for or vaccine to prevent this disease,so the effective way to prevent this disease is to detect infected cows in time.This review focuses on the development of various methods of detecting neosporiasis,such as etiological detection,immunological detecti...
