| 摘 要： | 应用 SCL-90调查了卫生、机械和化工三个专业的547名大学生,发现大学生的SCL-90各因子均分、阳性均分(2.56～2.73分)和阳性项目数(35.05～40.55)均高于国内正常人青年组。常见的心理问题为强迫、人际关系敏感和情绪抑郁,其中达中等严重程度的占10%以上。不同专业学生发生心理问题的类别不完全相同,二年级学生发生心理问题的人数高于其他年级。 |

| Abstract: | A comparison of SCL-90 scores was performed among 255 collegestudends of public health profession,154 of chemical profession and 138 of mechanical pro-fession,totally 547 college students.It was found that the meanscore(1.65-1.81),PSDI(2.55-2.73)and the average number of positive items (35.05-40.55)inSCL-90 score were all higher than that in youngpopulation.Obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity and depression were thesiginificant symptoms scored out by SCL-90 in the 547 students,in which 10% of themreached a moderate degree scored>3 points,especially in those of second gradestudents.However the type of mental health problems varied with dfferent professions. |
