加强医院制剂质量管理预防医院感染

目的为保证医疗安全、加强医院制剂的使用、确保临床和科研工作的正常进行. 方法重点从健全管理制度、制剂质量管理、使用中管理、重视制剂使用动态、参与医院感染培训5个环节中实施控制. 结果制剂使用中不规范,有的环节落实不到位,加强医院制剂管理是提高制剂质量的重要保证. 结论依据规范科学的管理,有利于制剂质量安全,预防医院感染.

Intensifying Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Preparations to Prevent Hospital Infection

OBJECTIVE To ensure medical safety and intensify quality control of pharmaceutical preparations is a very important part in clinical and research work of hospitals. METHODS To ensure the whole system works well, we should proceed with the five main aspects including: system management, preparation management, procedure management, preparation dynamic management and participating anti-infection training course in hospitals. RESULTS Nonstandard pharmaceutical preparation use could not fulfill the goals. Strengthening hospital pharmaceutical management was an important guarantee for pharmaceutical quality to be improved. CONCLUSIONS Scientific management can facilitate preparation safety management and prevent hospital infection effectively.
