中西医结合治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法181例膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组94例采用中西医结舍方法（抽液、曲安奈德关节腔内注射、中药外敷、关节肿痛合刺内服），7日为1个疗程；对照组78例，采用单纯西医治疗（抽液及关节腔内注射曲安奈德）。结果治疗组总有效率91．5％，对照组总有效率71．3％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合方法治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效确切。

Observe the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on traumatic synovitis

Objective To observe the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on trarmatic synovitis.Methods 181 patients with traumatic synovitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 94 patients in the treatment were given combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy (suction fluid from the articular cavity, injection Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate into the articular cavity, external using traditional Chinese medicine and administration Articular gall mixture). 78 patients in the control group were given pure western therapy (suction fluid from the articular cavity, injection triamcinolone acelonide acetate into the articular cavity). Results The total effective rate was 91.5% and 71.3% in treatment group and control group respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion There was a definite effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on trarmatic synovitis .
