雾化吸入布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期34例

目的观察雾化吸入布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的疗效。方法将60例AECOPD患者分为治疗组34例和对照组26例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用雾化吸入布地奈德，对照组则口服泼尼松40mg／d。比较两组临床总有效率，肺功能及血气水平变化，激素使用量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88．24％，61．54％（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后与治疗前比较，肺功能及血气水平均有显著性改变（P〈0．05）；两组激素用药时间具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；两组不良反应的发生率具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论雾化吸入布地奈德治疗AECOPD疗效可靠，能改善肺功能及血气分析水平，用药时间短，不良反应少．

Efficacy of Budesonide Atomization Inhalation in Treating Acute Exacerbation of COPD in 34 Cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of budesonide atomization inhalation in treating acute exacerbation of chronic ob- structive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）. Methods Sixty patients with AECOPD were divided into the treatment group（34 cases） and the control group（26 cases）. On the basis of the conventional treatment, the treatment group was added the atomization inhalation of budes- onide, while the control group was given oral prednisone 40 mg/d. The clinical total effective rate, lung function and change of blood gas levels were compared between the two groups; the hormone usage and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate was 88.24% in the treatment group and 61.54% in the control group（ P〈0.05）; the lung function and blood gas levels had statistically significant differenees between before and after treatment（P 〈0. 05）. The hormone medication time had statis- tical difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. The occurrence of adverse reactions had statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide atomization inhalation in treating AECOPD has reliable effect which can improve the lung function and blood gas analysis level with short medication duration and less adverse reactions.
