| 摘 要： | 目的建立骨刺丸中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅肢柱，检测波长为300 nm,流动相为曱醇-水（60 ： 40），柱温为35 ℃,流速为1.0mL/min。结果欧前胡素进样量在0. 028 4 - 0. 113 7叫范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r = 0. 999 8），平均回收率97.01% = 0.99% （ra = 6）。结论该方法操作简便、准确性好，可作为骨刺丸中欧前胡素的含量测定方法 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of imperatorin content in Guci Pill. Methods The octadecyl silane bond- ed silica gel column was adopted with methanol - water （60 ：40） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min,the temperature was 35 t and the detection wavelength was 300 nm. Results The linear range of imperatorin was 0.028 4-0. 113 7｜xg （r = 0.999 8） and the average recovery rate of imperatorin was 97. 01% , RSD = 0.99% （ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple to operate and good in accuracy, and can be used as the determination method of the imperatorin content of Guci Pill. |
