香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎69例简

目的探讨香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择确诊慢性萎缩性胃炎患者138例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各69例。对照组口服胃康灵肢囊，观察组采用香砂六君子汤加减进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、幽门螺旋杆菌转阴、病情复发及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治愈15例，显效34例，有效15例，无效5例，总有效率92. 75% ;对照组治愈7例，显效 26例，有效18例，无效18例，总有效率为73. 91%。两组临床总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0. 05）。观察组38例幽门螺旋杆菌阳性患者转阴率为47. 37%，对照组42例幽门螺旋杆菌阳性患者转阴率为23. 81% ,两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0. 05）。观察组治疗有效患者随访6个月复发13例，对照组复发22例（P〈0. 05）。两组治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效优于胃康灵胶囊,具有抑制幽门螺旋杆菌、缓解疼痛及减少复发的优势，可显著改善患者的临床症状和体征。

Clinical Observation on Efficacy of Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction for Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis on 69 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastri- tis. Methods 138 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,69 cases in each group. The control group took oral Weikangling Capsule and the observation group used modified Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects,situation of Helicobacter pylori negative conversion,recurrence and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 15 cases were cured,34 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective,the effectiverate was 92. 75% , while in the control group,7 cases were cured,26 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective and 18 cases were ineffective,the effectiver- ate was 73.91% , the clinical curative effects had the statistical difference between the two groups through the statistical comparison （P 〈 0.05）. The Helicobacter pylori negative conversion rate in 38 cases of positive Helicobacter pylori in the observation group was 47. 37% , which in 42 cases of positive Helicobacter pylori in the control group was 23. 81%,the comparison between the two group showed the statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective cases in the observation group were followed up for 6 months and 13 cases recurred. But 22 cases in the control group recurred, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. No obvious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment process. Conclusion Modified Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction is superior to Weikangling Capsule in the ef- fects for treating chronic atrophic gastritis, has the advantages of inhibiting Helicobacter pylori,relieving pain and reducing the recurrence and can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms.
