专科医院开展等级评审的药事管理初探

目的规范医院药事管理的各项工作，使其逐步达到三级甲等康复医院水平。方法通过建立健全医院药事管理组织，完善各项管理制度。制订各种工作表格，重视开展药学实践，做好检查和落实，逐步完善药剂科各项工作。结果通过等级医院评审活动的开展，医院药事管理水平得到了提高，科室的管理更加规范。结论医院等级评审活动的开展，提高了医院药事管理水平，规范了各项操作规程，提高了药学人员的工作效率。

Primary Exploration of Pharmacy Administration in Specialized Hospital Accreditation

Objective To standardize the various works of the hospital pharmacy administration for making the hospital gradually reach the level of first class rehabilitation hospital. Methods The various works of the pharmacy department were gradually perfected by es- tablishing and perfecting the pharmacy administration organization, completing the various management systems, formulating all kinds of work tables, attaching great importance to the pharmacy practice and making the check and implementation well. Results Through car- rying out the hospital accreditation activities, the pharmacy administration＇s level was increased and the management of the department became more standardized. Conclusion Carrying out the hospital accreditation activities improves the level of pharmacy administration, standardizes the operation specification, and increases the pharmacy staff＇s work efficiency.
