品管圈用于降低静脉用药调配中心药品损耗的实 践简

目的 提高科室人员参与自我管理的意识和解决问题的能力,降低药品损耗.方法 2011年10月医院成立品管圈并确立降低药品损耗为主题,分析药品损耗居高不下的原因,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施.结果 药品损耗明显降低,由原来的每月2 404.12元降至1 151.96元,下降了52.08％.结论 开展品管圈活动不仅降低了静脉用药调配中心的药品损耗,还提高了科室人员参与管理的意识和解决问题的能力.

Practice of Quality Control Circles for Reducing Drug Loss in PIVAS

Objective To improue the consciousness for the department personnel to participate in self management and the ability to solve problems for reducing drug loss.Methods The quality control circles （QCC） was set up in our hospital in October 2011,the theme for reducing the drug loss was established,the causes for the high drug loss were analyzed and the corresponding rectification measures were formulated and implemented.Results The drug loss was significantly reduced from 2 404.12 CNY per month to 1 151.96 CNY per month,which was decreased by 52.08%.Conclusion Conducting the QCC activities not only reduces the drug loss in pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）,but also increase the consciousness for the department personnel to participate in the management and the ability to solve problems.
