The prognostic value of serum lipid drop protein-5 in acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the prognostic value of serum perilipin-5 in patients with ACUTE ST-elevation Myocardial Infarction(STEMI).Methods Using a retrospective analysis method,the study objects were 64 STEMI patients admitted to Qinghai Province Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Specialty Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.All patients were tested for serum perilipin-5 levels on the second day of admission,and based on perilipin-5 The expression level was divided into low expression group(<3.12μg/L)and high expression group(>3.12μg/L),32 cases in each;the two groups of patients were compared the degree of coronary artery disease,and the serum of patients who died and survived within 1 year perilipin-5 level,the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and mortality within 1 year of follow-up.Results The vascular disease rate of 3 animals in the low expression group(33.33%)was significantly higher than that in the high expression group(4.17%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The expression level of serum perilipin-5 in patients who died within 1 year[(1.69±0.32)μg/L]was significantly lower than that of surviving patients[(4.07±0.81)μg/L],and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The mortality rate(15.63%,18.75%,25.00%,37.50%)of the low expression group at 1 week,1 month,6 months and 1 year was significantly higher than that of the high expression group(0,3.13%,6.25%,12.50%),The difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events(21.88%,31.25%,40.63%,56.25%)in the low expression group for 1 week,1 month,6 months and 1 year was significantly higher than that of the high expression group(3.13%,6.25%,9.38)%,15.63%,the differences were all significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of serum perilipin-5 is significantly related to the short-term and long-term prognosis of STEMI patients and the degree of coronary artery disease.The lower the expression level of serum perilipin-5,the worse the prognosis.
