金舒喜辅助治疗子宫颈CINⅠ-Ⅲ对阴道微生态及阴道灌洗液IL-10、IFN-γ水平的影响观察

探讨金舒喜辅助治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ-Ⅲ对阴道微生态及阴道灌洗液白介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的影响。将该院于2017年8月~2019年3月接诊的76例CIN患者随机均分为研究组及对照组,研究组(38例)给予辛复宁+金舒喜治疗,对照组(38例)仅给予辛复宁治疗,比较两组患者治疗3个月后人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染和CIN疗效及阴道微生态、阴道灌洗液IL-10、IFN-γ等情况。研究组HPV感染和CIN疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后白带量、色泽、质地和气味均明显改善(P<0.05),阴道病原体检出率和阴道灌洗液IL-10水平均显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌检出率、阴道p H<4.5比例和阴道灌洗液IFN-γ水平均显著增加(P<0.05);研究组临床症状、阴道微生态、阴道灌洗液IL-10、IFN-γ水平变化幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。金舒喜辅助治疗子宫颈CINⅠ-Ⅲ疗效确切,可有效改善患者阴道微生态,调节阴道内IL-10、IFN-γ水平。

The Effect of Jin Shuxi on Vaginal Microecology and the Levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in Vaginal Lavage Fluid

To explore the effects of Jinshuxi’s adjuvant treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN) Ⅰ-Ⅲ on vaginal microecology and vaginal lavage fluid interleukin-10( IL-10) and interferon-γ( IFN-γ),76 CIN patients admitted the hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group( 38 cases) were treated with Xinfuning+Jinshuxi,and the control group( 38 cases) were only treated with Xinfuning( 38 cases).After 3 months of treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with human papillomavirus( HPV) infection and CIN efficacy,vaginal microecology,and vaginal lavage fluid IL-10 and IFN-γ levels.The results of HPV infection and CIN in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05);the amount,color,texture and odor of leucorrhea in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment( P < 0.05),the physical examination rate of vaginal pathogens and the level of IL-10 in the vaginal lavage fluid were significantly reduced( P < 0.05),the detection rate of lactobacilli,the ratio of vaginal p H < 4.5 and the average increase of IFN-γ water in the vaginal lavage fluid were significantly increased in the study group( P < 0.05);the clinical application of the study group,the changes of clinical symptoms,vaginal microecology,the level of IL-10 and IFN-γ in vaginal lavage fluid were all greater than those in the control group( P < 0.05).Jinshuxi had a significant effect in adjuvant treatment of cervical CINⅠ~Ⅲ.It could effectively improve the vaginal microecology of patients and regulated the levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in the vagina.It was worthy of clinical promotion.
