摘    要:目的识别煤矸石与无烟煤混合发电工作场所中的噪声和粉尘危害,分析其危害程度并为寻找关键控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生调查分析现场噪声和粉尘的产生和分布,并对工作场所中的噪声和粉尘进行检测。结果生产现场的噪声强度范围为59.0~107.6 dB(A),74.5%的检测点噪声强度大于85dB(A);11名个体检测中54.5%的个体噪声强度超过职业接触限值。燃料输送系统的煤尘和锅炉灰渣输送系统的矽尘短时间浓度超标率分别为81.8%和45.4%;各岗位个体检测中,皮带运行人员接触的煤尘和灰库操作人员接触的矽尘超过职业接触限值。结论煤矸石与无烟煤混合发电过程中的噪声和粉尘危害突出,工作场所针对噪声和粉尘的控制措施还需进一步完善。
