| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨菩人丹超微粉对糖尿病大鼠视网膜VEGF表达的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素连续腹腔注射建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。40只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、PRD治疗组和导升明组。采用免疫组织化学染色法、Western blot法和RT-PCR法分别检测视网膜VEGF蛋白及mRNA的表达。结果:PRD治疗组与模型组比较,大鼠视网膜VEGF蛋白及mRNA表达均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:PRD可通过下调糖尿病大鼠视网膜VEGF的表达,发挥对糖尿病视网膜组织的保护作用。
