| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同灸量温和灸施灸前后温度变化特性,从温度角度探讨不同灸量影响灸效的意义。方法:用温度记录仪测量常用的3种灸量(5、10、15min)温和灸,对高脂血症大鼠施灸前、施灸过程中以及施灸后两个穴位(神阙、足三里)局部温度变化数值曲线进行观察比较。结果:从穴位上看:局部温度基础值神阙>足三里,局部温度波动幅度神阙<足三里。不同灸量温和灸,神阙和足三里穴位表面温度上升后所能达到的最大值不同,差异具有统计学意义;温和灸施灸结束后,神阙穴位局部温度不同灸量间差异具有统计学意义,足三里穴位局部温度不同灸量间差异无统计学意义。结论:不同灸量刺激是影响穴位局部温度的重要因素,同时不同穴位间温和灸的温度效应体现出一定的差异。 |
