| Abstract: | The mechanism of ischemia and reperfusion injury in acute cerebral infarction is extremely complex. Dl-3-n-butylphthalide, as a new neuroprotective agent which has been widely used in clinic, could play the role of antagonizing cerebral ischemia via blocking multiple links in ischemia and reperfusion injury. In this paper, we review the specific mechanism of dl-3-n-butylphthalide. |
