超声检查诊断子宫肌瘤46例临床分析

目的分析超声检查在诊断子宫肌瘤方面的临床价值。方法运用超声检查诊断技术与手术、病理诊断相结合，对46例子宫肌瘤患者展开具体分析。结果运用超声检查诊断技术诊断为子宫肌瘤的46例患者中，经过病理与手术证实，确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者为43例，超声检查诊断子宫肌瘤准确率达到了93．47％。结论运用超声检查技术对子宫肌瘤检查诊断，具有经济、方便、快速、无创伤、无痛苦的优势，对临床诊断有重要的价值。

Ultrasound diagnosis of fibroids clinical analysis of 46 cases

Objective this paper studies the main purpose for the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids ways were analyzed. Methods This paper studies the main methods combined with surgical and pathological diagnosis, using the ultrasound diagnostic technique to concrete analysis in 46 patients with uterine fibroids. Results Analysis results show that the use of ultrasound diagnosis of 46 cases diagnosed as uterine fibroids, confirmed by pathology and surgery, patients diagnosed with u- terine fibroids for 43 cases, ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids accuracy reached 93.47%. Thus draw the Conclusion Ultrasound technique is used to check diagnose uterine fibroids, is economic, convenient, fast, the advantage of no trauma, no pain. The value of the clinical surgery have a positive, but the ultrasonic this technology in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids can happen sometimes misdiagnosis, in order to effectively control the occurrence of misdiagnosis phenomenon, the broad masses of medical workers need to diagnosis and treatment technology continues to improve.
