奎硫平与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症脑血流动力学影响对照研究

摘    要:目的:比较奎硫平与氯丙嗪引起脑血流动力学改变的不同。方法:将120例首发精神分裂症的住院患者随机分为两组,分别用奎硫平和氯丙嗪治疗8周。于治疗前后分别采用TC-2021型彩色经颅多普勒超声诊断仪比较脑血管平均血流速度。结果:服用奎硫平前后脑内大动脉平均血流数值比较差异无显著性。服用氯丙嗪后脑内大动脉平均血流数值显著下降。治疗8周后,氯丙嗪组脑内大动脉的平均血流速度显著低于奎硫平组。结论:奎硫平对脑部大血管无明显舒张作用,对血压无显著影响,是一种安全的抗精神病药。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the differences of the brain blood stream dynamics between patients treated with quetiapine and chlorpromazine. Method:120 inpatients with first-episode of schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,and then they received quetiapine or chlorpramazine for 8 weeks.All the patients were evaluated the mean blood velocity of brain blood vessel by TC-2021 transcraninal colour Doppler before and after treatments.Results:After 8 weeks treatments,mean blood velocity of brain main artery had no significant change in quetiapine group,but decreased significantly in chlorpramazine group and was significantly lower in chlorpromazine group than in quetiapine group.Conclusion:Quetiapine has no marked dilative effect to brain main blood vessels,so there is no distinct influence on blood pressure.Quetiapine is one kind of safe antipsychiatric drugs.
