哌替啶、曲马多治疗硬膜外麻醉中寒战的比较

目的 :探讨硬膜外麻醉中寒战的治疗方法。方法 :对30例硬膜外麻醉中出现寒战的病人随机分成两组 ,分别注入等效剂量的曲马多、哌替啶 ,并将曲马多组 (15例 )和哌替啶组 (15例 )的治疗结果进行比较。结果 :两组对寒战的治疗有效率均为100 % ,两组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 05) ;而寒战复发率分别为 :哌替啶组6 7% ,曲马多组53 3 %。两组差异有显著性 (P<0 05)。结论 :曲马多、哌替啶均可有效治疗硬膜外麻醉中的寒战反应 ,且哌替啶更简便、复发率低。但当其有明显禁忌证时应选用曲马多更安全

Comparison between Demerol and Tramadol for treating chill in epidural anesthesia .

Objective:To study the treatment methed of chill in epidural anestheesia.Methods:Thirty patients with chill in epidural anesthesia were ramdomly divided into two groups.Two groups patients were respective injected with Demerol and Tramadol in equivalent dosage.The therapeutic results of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in two groups patients with chill was 100%,there was no significant difference between them(P>0 05).The recurrence rate was 6.7% in group wit Demerol,and 53.3% in group with Tramadol,there was a significant difference them.Conclusion:Demerol and Tramadol have obvious effect for treating chill in epidural anesthesia.the former is quite simple and less recurrence rate.To be on the safe side, it is wise to selecto Tramadol in the patients with obvious contra-indication
