| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结肠癌急性穿孔患者的临床诊治及其疗效。方法总结 19例结肠癌急性穿孔患者的临床特点、手术方式和预后 ,分析临床诊断和围手术期死亡、术后生存期的相关因素。结果术前确诊 8例 ,误诊 11例。围手术期死亡 5例 ,根治术和姑息性切除术后平均生存期分别为 3 4.5月和 12 .2月。结论早期诊断、积极手术、合理术式和综合治疗是降低围手术期病死率和延长术后生存期的重要因素 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as therapeutic effect of colonic cancer complicated by acute perforation.Methods Clinical features, operative methods and prognosis of 19 colonic cancer cases with acute perforation were summarized and the related factors to clinical diagnosis, perioperative death and survival after operation were analyzed. Results 8 cases were confirmed clinically and 11 were misdiagnosed before operation. 5 died perioperatively. The average survivals after radical and palliative resection were 34.5 and 12.2 months, respectively.Conclusion Early diagnosis, timely operation, rational operative pattern and comprehensive treatment are important factors to reduce perioperative mortality and prolong postoperative survival. |
