"一孔法"胸腔镜胸2交感神经节切除术治疗手汗症

目的评价"一孔法"胸腔镜胸2交感神经节切除术治疗手汗症的安全性和有效性.方法自2004年5月～2004年9月,17例手汗症患者在全麻双腔插管下行双侧胸腔镜胸2交感神经节切除术.术毕排出胸腔残余气体,不置胸腔引流管.结果术后手掌多汗症状消失.全组无手术死亡.平均双侧手术时间39min,平均随访时间2.1个月.无病例复发.结论"一孔法"腔镜胸2交感神经节切除是一种安全有效治疗手汗症的微创方法.

Thoracoscopic T2 sympathectomy from one skin incision for palmar hyperhidrosis

[Objective] The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency and safety of the surgical technique of using thoracoscopic sympathectomy to destroy the second thoracic (T2) sympathetic ganglia from one skin incision for palmar hyperhidrosis. [Methods] From May 2004 to September 2004, 17 thoracoscopic sympathectomies were performed. The procedures were performed with the patients under general anesthesia using a double-lumen endotracheal tube. In palmar hyperhidrosis the T2 sympathetic ganglia were destroyed by electrocautery from one skin incision. [Results] The symptoms disappeared completely in all patients immediately after operation. There was no surgical mortality. The average operation time for a bilateral procedure was 39 min. The mean follow-up time was 2.1 months. None of patients has recurred palmar hyperhidrosis. [Conclusions] Thoracoscopic T2 sympathectomy from one skin incision is an effective and safe minimally invasive treatment for palmar hyperhidrosis.
