犬单侧输尿管梗阻再通术后肾功能恢复的动态观察

目的  对不同时点输尿管梗阻再通术后肾功能恢复情况做动态观察。方法  将24只犬随机分成3组,行左输尿管结扎制作输尿管梗阻模型。分别在梗阻后第1、4、8周行输尿管再通术,于梗阻术前、后及再通术后2周、4个月进行放射性核素（99mTc DTPA）显像,观察梗阻肾功能恢复的影像变化,并计算肾小球滤过率。结果  输尿管梗阻1周组犬行再通术后肾功能可完全恢复到正常水平;4周组犬行再通术后肾功能仅能有部分恢复;8周组犬行再通术后未观察到肾功能恢复。结论  输尿管梗阻时间是影响犬肾功能恢复的关键因素,越早行输尿管再通术,肾脏的功能恢复越好。

Dynamic observation of the restoration of renal function in dogs after re-canalization of unilateral ureteral obstruction

Objective To perform dynamic observation of the restoration of renal function at different time points after re-canalization of ureteral obstruction.
