摘    要:
用参数SV/P_p探讨了家兔颈动脉窦压力感受反射时动脉顺应性的变化。加压反射时,SV/P_p减小(P<0.05),提示动脉顺应性减小;减压反射时,SV/P_p稍增大(P>0.05),顺应性变化无意义。文中根据反射时MBP、TPR、CO、SV、HR及P_P等参数的变化,分析了动脉顺应性变化的可能机制。

Abstract:
Using the parameter SV/Pp to reflect the arterial compliance, the variation in rabbit arterial systemic compliance during carotid sinus baroreceptor reflex is studied. The results showthat during carotid sinus pressor reflex the, decreased value of SV/Pp (P<0.05) suggests reduction of arterial compliance and during depressor reflex the increased slightly value of SV/Pp (P<0.05) suggests no significance. According to the variation in mean blood pressure ( MBP ) , total peripheral i resistance ( TPR), cardiac output (CO), stroke volume ( SV ) , heart rate ( HR ) , and pulse pressure (Pp), the mechanism of variation in arterial compliance is analysed when activity of carotid sinus barorece-ptor is changed. In addition, some equations about nonline elastic reservoir theory associated with the present paper are simply reviewed.
