思可得与0.5%鬼臼毒素酊对照治疗尖锐湿疣34例

目的 :评价思可得治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法 :采用随机开放、对照方法 ,试验组 18例局部外用思可得溶液 ,每周 1次 ,疗程 3周 ;对照组 16例局部外用 0 .5 %鬼臼毒素酊 ,每周连续用药 3d ,bid ,疗程 3周。结果 :试验组 18个靶疣体中 16个疣体被清除 ,靶疣体清除率为 88.9% ;对照组 16个靶疣体全部被清除 ,清除率为10 0 % ,2组疗效差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2组均未发生系统药物不良反应 ,局部不良反应发生率分别为 2 7.8%和 2 5 .0 %。结论 :思可得治疗尖锐湿疣安全有效。

A randomized controlled clinical trial on solcoderm versus podophyllintoxin 0.5% tincture in the treatment of condylomata acuminata

Objective :To evaluate the efficacy and safety of solcoderm solution in the treatment of condyloma acuminata.Methods:A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted in 34 patients.18 patients in the test group were topically treated with solcoderm once weekly for consecutive 3 weeks, 16 patients in the control group were topically treated with podophyllintoxin 0.5% tincture twice daily for consecutive 3 weeks. Results :The cure rate was 88.9% for the test group,100% for the control group( P >0.05). Local skin adverse event was found in 27.8% in the test group and 25% in the control group( P >0.05) respectively,and there was no systemic adverse events in both groups. Conclusion :Solcoderm is safe and effective in the treatment of condyloma acuminata.
