摘    要:采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法(PTIR)结合二阶导数技术对不同商品等级鹿茸的品质差异进行了研究。结果表明,鹿茸的特征峰主要为2926,2855,1746,1656,1549,1030cm^-1等吸收峰,它们分别代表脂类、氨基酸和多糖等主要成分。一等品鹿茸片中某些含亚甲基较多的酯类、氨基酸、蛋白质类成分含量较高,二等品所含的糖类物质比较多,三等品由于骨化程度相对较大,几种成分的含量都相对较低。本文运用FTIR从宏观整体的角度方便快速、准确有效地实现了对不同商品等级鹿茸的品质评价,为类似药材的品质评价提供了参考。

Abstract:studied the quality of Pilose Antler in different commercial grades using Fourier transform infrared spec- troscopy (FFIR). The study showed some differences between the Pilose Antlers in three different grades, mainly in protein absorption peaks, amino acid (1650,1540cm-1), amylase (1035cm^-1), and cerolein (2926,2855,1746cm^-1). Grade I Pilose Antler has registered the highest content of amino acid and cerolein, with Grade II having more amylase. Grade Ⅲ Pilose Antler is lower in some components, compared with two others analytical results show that FHR is a quick and accurate method for evaluating the quality of Pilose Antler animal cornu and similar drugs in different commercial grades.
