| 摘 要： | 目的：观察斑蝥中斑蝥素的最佳提取工艺,为临床应用剂型研究提供科学数据。方法：采用L9（3）4正交试验设计考察溶剂浓度、乙醇溶剂用量、回流提取次数、回流提取时间,通过HPLC测定斑蝥素的含量,浸膏得率和评价指标等综合评价确定最佳提取工艺。结果：方差分析可知,用75%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次加入10倍量,每次1.5 h为提取斑蝥中斑蝥素的最佳工艺,其中回流次数是主要影响因素。结论：提取方法简单可行,提取率满意。 |
