摘    要:
目的:观察斑蝥中斑蝥素的最佳提取工艺,为临床应用剂型研究提供科学数据。方法:采用L9(3)4正交试验设计考察溶剂浓度、乙醇溶剂用量、回流提取次数、回流提取时间,通过HPLC测定斑蝥素的含量,浸膏得率和评价指标等综合评价确定最佳提取工艺。结果:方差分析可知,用75%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次加入10倍量,每次1.5 h为提取斑蝥中斑蝥素的最佳工艺,其中回流次数是主要影响因素。结论:提取方法简单可行,提取率满意。

Abstract:
Objective: To study and optimize the best extraction process of cantharidin in cantharis,and provide the scientific data for the clinical application of dosage form research.Methods: Such data as solvent concentration,ethanol solvent dosage,the number and time of reflux extraction were determined by L9(3)4 orthogonal test design study.The content of cantharidin was determined by HPLC,so were extract yield and evaluation index.Thus the best extraction process was obtained.Results: The analysis of variance sh...
