| 清热燥湿法治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的；观察清热燥湿法治疗溃疡性结肠炎（大肠湿热型）的有效性和安全性。方法：选溃疡性结肠炎（大肠湿热型）患者160例，随机分为两组。治疗组83例，采用清热燥湿法中药汤剂；对照组77例，口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片。治疗4周后观察患者症状变化及内镜检查情况。结果：治疗组治愈16例，显效30例，有效24例，无效13例，总有效率为84．3％（95％CI=76．5％～92．1％）；对照组治愈12例，显效16例，有效28例，无效21例，总有效率为72．7％（95％CI=62．8%-82．7％）；两组综合疗效比较（u=2．1478，P=0．0319），差异有显著性意义。结论：清热燥湿法治疗溃疡性结肠炎（大肠湿热型）疗效优于柳氮磺胺吡啶，其收益为OR=0．50（95％CI=0．23—1．08），NNT=9（95％CI=4．12-101．20）。 |
