卒中单元病人坠床因素分析及护理

[目的]通过对卒中单元病人坠床的原因分析,提出护理对策,以保证脑卒中病人住院安全,严防坠床事件的发生。[方法]回顾性分析2005年1月—2009年6月间39例脑卒中病人坠床的相关因素。[结果]坠床不但与病人高龄、依从性差、体位性低血压、对环境陌生恐惧有关,还与护理安全措施不到位、护士安全防范意识不强有关。[结论]创造安全的环境,合理调配护理资源,加强安全意识教育,做好基础护理,方能有效遏制病人坠床。

Analysis on factors of falling from bed of patients in stroke unit and its nursing countermeasures

Objective： By analyzing causes of falling from bed of patients in stroke unit, it put forward some nursing measures to ensure the hospitalization safety of cerebral apoplexy patients and to prevent the occurrence of falling from bed of patients. Method： A total of 39 hospitalized cerebral apoplexy patients from January 2005 to June 2009 falling from bed were retrospectively analyzed on related factors. Results：Falling from bed of inpatients not only relat- ed to the age of patient, poor compliance, orthostatic hypotension, and fear of unfamiliar environment, but also related to the inadequate nursing safety meas- ures and weak of nurse safety awareness. Conclusions：To create a safe environ- ment, a reasonable allocation of nursing resources, to enhance the safety aware ness education, to do well of basic nursing care could effectively keep falling from bed of patients within limits.
