乡村小学生健康促进实践及探讨

[目的]了解乡村小学生存在的健康问题,设计健康促进活动进行社区护理干预,复习与巩固社区护理相关理论知识,提高社区健康促进实践技能。[方法]通过健康教育、体格检查、组织文体活动等方法对某乡村小学学生开展健康促进活动。[结果]此次活动在加强小学生身心娱乐的同时,大致了解了小学生的生长发育状况;大部分小学生掌握了正确有效的洗手方法。[结论]在乡村小学校园开展健康促进活动非常有必要,实践的开展有助于参与人员加强自身对社区护理知识的巩固以及对社区健康促进实践技能的提高。

Practice and probe into health promotion for pupils in rural area

Objective：To know about health problems existing among rural pupils,to design health promotion activities to carry out community nursing intervention.It reviewed and consolidated community care related theoretical knowledge.And community health promotion practical skills have been enhanced.Method： Through health education,physical examination and organizing cultural and sports activities,health promotion activities were carried out among pupils in a rural primary school.Results：The activity strengthened the physical and psychological entertainment of primary school pupils knew roufgly the growth and development status quo of pupils.Most of pupils have grasped the procedure of correct and effective hand-washing.Conclusion：It is necessary to carry out health promotion activities in rural primary schools.The practice of health promotion can help all participants to consolidate their understanding toward community care knowledge as well as enhancement of their practical skills in health promotion in communities.
