摘 要: | ![]() [目的]探讨PBL教学法在消化内科护理大专实习生教学查房中的应用。[方法]将60名消化内科护理大专实习生随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采取PBL教学法进行教学查房。比较护生对教学查房后两种教学方法的教学效果评价。[结果]观察组护生教学查房后对教学方法的评价优于对照组。[结论]消化内科护理大专实习生教学查房中应用PBL教学法可提高教学效果,有助于培养护生的独立思考和知识整合能力,有利于培养护生的沟通能力,增强护生的合作精神。

Abstract: | ![]() Objective:To probe into application of problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method in teaching ward-round for nursing high special school interns in digestive department.Method: A total of 60 nursing high special school interns in digestive department were divided into control group and observation group randomly.Students in control group were made teaching ward-round in traditional teaching method.And students in observation group were adopted PBL teaching method.Then teaching effect evaluation of nursing students about two different methods after teaching ward-round were compared.Results:Evaluation of nursing students in observation group was superior to that of control group students after teaching ward-round.Conclusion:PBL teaching method can improve effect of teaching ward-round for nursing high special school interns in digestive department,make for developing the abilities of independent thinking and knowledge integration.And it was helpful for fostering the independent thinking ability,knowledge integration ability,and communication ability of nursing students.It could strengthen the cooperation spirit of nursing students as well. |
