| 摘 要： | [目的]观察痛风性关节炎病人实施中医辨证施护的效果。[方法]将44例痛风性关节炎病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组22例,对照组病人实行一般护理和饮食护理,观察组病人在一般护理和饮食护理基础上,根据证型采取中医辨证施护。比较两组病人的治疗效果。[结果]观察组总有效率为90.9%,对照组为77.3%,观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]痛风性关节炎病人实施中医辨证施护可提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods：A total of 44 cases of patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,22 cases in each.Patients in control group were given general nursing and diet care,besides that the patients in observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing according to syndrome types.Then the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%,while the control group was 77.3%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing for patients with gouty arthritis can enhance the curative effect. |
