支架置入术后血清C反应蛋白浓度与血红素氧合酶-1活性变化及意义

摘    要:目的 :探讨冠状动脉 (冠脉 )支架置入术造成粥样斑块撕裂 ,引起血清C 反应蛋白 (CRP)浓度与血红素氧合酶 1(HO 1)活性变化及其意义。方法 :70例入选患者分为 3组 :A组 (稳定型心绞痛加支架置入术 ,2 4例 )、B组 (非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征加支架置入术 ,2 1例 )、C组 (单纯接受冠脉造影的冠心病患者 ,2 5例 ) ,分别于术前、术后 12与 4 8h采静脉血测定血清CRP浓度及HO 1活性。结果 :A组CRP浓度及HO 1活性在术前均为低水平 ,术后则显著而且一致升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;B组术前CRP浓度及HO 1活性已有明显升高 ,术后则进一步升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,但这种改变不如A组一致和显著 ;C组术后CRP浓度及HO 1活性未见明显升高。相关分析显示 ,HO 1活性与CRP浓度之间呈正相关 (r =0 .4 71,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :冠心病患者支架术后血清CRP浓度及HO 1活性明显升高 ,与斑块机械损伤引起的炎症反应有关

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the serum levels of C-reaction protein (CRP) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) after coronary stent implantation (CSI) and its significance. Method:Seventy patients were divided to group A (stable angina undergoing CSI, n=24),group B(NSTSE ACS undergoing CSI, n=21),group C (undergoing CAG only without CSI, n=25). Blood samples for CRP and HO-1 levels testing were withdrawn before procedure and 12 and 48 hours thereafter. Result:The low baseline serum CRP and HO-1 level of group A had a significant and uniform increase after CSI (P< 0.01). The baseline CRP and HO-1 level were much higher in group B and increased further after CSI (P< 0.01), but the response were less uniform when compared with that of group A. By contrast, The mean levels of CRP and HO-1 after the procedure was not significantly elevated in group C. By correlation analysis, The serum HO-1 was positively correlated with CRP (r=0.471, P< 0.05). Conclusion:Serum levels of CRP and HO-1 in creased after CSI were responsed for local imflammation.
