| 摘 要： | 目的 优选三七总皂苷最佳提取工艺条件.方法 以三七总皂苷含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法优选超声波提取三七总皂苷的工艺条件.结果 三七总皂苷最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数80％,固液比1:20,温度40℃,时间30 min.该工艺下三七总皂苷的平均提取率为6.65％.结论 所优选的工艺可行、重现性好.

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions for total saponins from Panax Notoginseng. Methods The optimal process of extracting total saponins was studied by orthogonal test,as the content of the total saponins being the measurement.Results Optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were identified as 80% ethanol,1 ∶20 solid to liquid ratio,40 °C,30 min.The average extraction rate is 6.65%.Conclusion This method has the advantages of conveniences,time-saving and good reproducibility. |
