儿茶HPLC指纹图谱研究

Abstract:Objective To develop the fingerprints of Acacia catechu based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The HPLC separation was performed on a Hypersil ODS2(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)column by gradient eluting with methyl cyanide and 0.05% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was set at 265 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.Similarity of fingerprint were calculated by sofware of "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM 2004A",and Samples were clustered by SPSS sofware.Results Twelve common peaks were identified and the similarity of 10 batches of Acacia catechu was more than 95%.Conclusion The fingerprints established could be used for the quality control of Acacia catechu due to its high stability and good reproducibility.
