摘    要:目的 对具潜在抗疟活性的化合物7-氯-4-{4-[2-(2-甲基咪唑-1-基)-乙基]-哌嗪-1-基}-喹啉进行合成设计.方法 采用氨基保护、亲核反应、脱保护等多步反应合成目标产物,并利用硅胶柱层析对其进行纯化.结果 通过GC-MS、IR、1 H-NMR等方法对化合物进行了结构鉴定.结论 本合成方法操作简单,产率高,适...

Abstract:Objective To design and synthesize 7-chloro-4-{4-[2-(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl) ethyl]-piperidine-1-yl} qinoline,a potential anti-malarial agent.Methods The target compounds were obtained via amino protection,nucleophilic reaction and deprotection,which were purified by silica gel chromatography.Results The products′ structures were characterized by IR,GC-MS and 1H-NMR.Conclusion The synthesis method is feasible with high yields,and can be used for the synthesis of derivatives containing a 4-piperazinyl quinoline ring.
