盘龙参内生真菌抑菌活性的初步研究

摘    要:目的 筛选具有抑菌活性的盘龙参内生真菌.方法 以12种细菌作为供试菌种,采用纸片法进行盘龙参内生真菌的抑菌活性研究.结果 在分离得到的盘龙参内生真菌中,共有32株内生真菌对至少1种供试菌种具有抑制效果,占全部内生真菌的65.3%.结论 盘龙参内生真菌具有较好的开发前景.

Abstract:Objective To screen endophytic fungi with antibacterial activity isolated from Sprianthes sinensis(Pers.) Ames.Methods Twelve species of bacteria were selected as the indicators for human pathogenic microbes.Antibacterial tests of the isolated endophytic fungi were carried out by paper disc diffusion method.Results Thirty-two strains(65.3% of the total strains isolated) showed antibacterial activity against at least one human pathogenic microbe.Conculsion The prospect of researching and developing of endophytic fungi isolated from Sprianthes sinensis(Pers.) Ames.was highlighted.
