地黄饮子预防老年痴呆的行为学实验研究

目的研究地黄饮子预防性给药对衰老肾虚处置小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为7组,除正常对照组外,给予自然衰老及腹腔注射亚硝酸钠和地塞米松处置,给药组预防性给药。观察小鼠一般状态、检测小鼠学习记忆能力。结果模型组小鼠一般状态较差,地黄饮子各剂量组小鼠一般状态明显优于模型组;地黄饮子组小鼠学习记忆能力明显强于模型组小鼠。结论地黄饮子能够减缓衰老肾虚处置小鼠学习记忆能力的衰退。

Experimental Study on Ethology to Prevent the Senile Dementia with Rehmanniae Potion

Objective To study the effection of mernory ability with preventive intake of rehrnanniae potion for senile rehal deficiency mice. Methods nature fade were divided into 7 groups. Sodium nitrite and dexamethasone were injection via abdominal, preventive drug was used in other nomaal control group. The general status, study ability and memory were observed, Results The status of model group was worse. The general status of varied dosage of rehmanniae potion groups was better than model group, The study ability and memory of model group were better than those of control group. Conlcusion The rehmanniiae potion might decrease the fading of study ability and memory in senile mice who sufered renal deficiency.
