| 摘 要： | 目的 研究早期复极综合征患病率与年龄、性别及机体有氧活动量的关系.方法 2003年9月-2005年8月对18 000名来我院体检人群采用整群抽样原则完成早期复极综合征普查工作.结果 早期复极综合征患病率3.40%,其中男性3.99%(21～30岁4.45%,31～40岁4.24%,41～50岁2.82%),女性患病率为0.44%(21～30岁0.45%,31～40岁0.46%,41～50岁0.38%).轻度体力活动人群患病率2.32%,中度以上体力活动人群患病率4.05%.结论 早期复极综合征多发于男性青壮年,并且更易发生在有氧活动量较高的人群中,提示早期复极综合征多由迷走神经张力增高引起.

| Abstract: | Objective To learn morbidity of early repolarization syndrome(ER) and its relation to age,sex and physical movement.Methods A census of cases with ER was performed in 18,000 subjects by means of cluster sampling from the year of 2003 till 2005.Results Total ER morbidity was 3.40%.The ER morbidity in the men was 3.99%(4.45% at the age of 21-30,4.24% at the age of 31-40,and 2.82% at the age of 41-50).The ER morbidity in the women was 0.44%(0.45 at the age of 21-30,0.46% at the age of 31-40,and 0.38% at age of... |
