340株铜绿假单胞菌感染及耐药性分析

目的 了解铜绿假单胞菌感染分布及其对不同类型抗菌药物的耐药情况,以指导临床合理用药. 方法 抽取2009年1～12月浙江省丽水市中心医院感染铜绿假单胞菌病例340例,分别对临床感染病原菌分布、细菌耐药性及临床用药情况等进行回顾性分析. 结果从痰标本中分离的铜绿假单胞菌菌株最多,阳性率为80.3%;对铜绿假单胞菌敏感性最高的是多粘菌素(97.1%),其次是阿米卡星(91.8%)、妥布霉素(83.2%);耐药性最高的是复方磺胺甲唑(97. 4%),其次是米诺环素(92.6%)、美洛西林(70.9%). 金属酶阳性菌株仅对多粘菌素B敏感,对其余抗菌药物表现高度耐药. 结论 医院感染铜绿假单胞菌的情况十分严峻,医生应合理选用抗菌药物,减少耐药菌株的产生.
