摘    要:
目的 探讨加强护理措施在降低急性白血病患者医院感染发生的意义.方法 采用随机对照的方法,将白血病患者随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组采取集中管理,加强消毒隔离、手卫生、戴口罩,加强陪护管理,健康宣教等措施,对照组采取血液科常规护理.结果 试验组收集病例126例,发生感染24例,感染率为19.0%,对照组157例,发生感染50例,感染率为31.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对化疗后白血病患者在常规护理的基础上采取一定的加强护理,对白血病患者减少感染发生及保证预后有显著效果.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of the intensive nursing care on decreasing the incidence of nosocomial infections in the patients with acute leukemia.METHODS The patients with acute leukemia were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,the test group was treated with the centralized management by strengthening the disinfection and hand hygiene,wearing mask and intensifying the accompany management as well as the health care education;the control group adopted the conventional nursing through the blood department.RESULTS Of totally 126 patients collected in the test group,the infection occurred in 24 patients with the infection rate of 19.0%;of 157 patients in the control group,the infections occurred in 50 patients with infection rate of 31.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The intensive nursing based on the conventional nursing has significant effect on decreasing the nosocomial infections in the leukemia patients and ensures the prognosis.
