妇科围手术期抗菌药物使用调查分析

目的 调查分析基层医院妇科围手术期患者抗菌药物的应用情况,促进预防抗菌药物使用和管理.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对医院2010年1-12月妇科702例手术患者使用抗菌药物进行调查分析.结果 全部手术患者均应用抗菌药物,平均用药时间3.6d,其中用药＞3d者占94.3％,抗菌药物使用前3位是头孢噻肟、替硝唑、阿米卡星；单一、二联用药分别占63.5％、35.5％,无三联用药.结论 基层医院妇科围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在起点高、选药不恰当、使用频率高、术后用药时间长、联合用药不合理等现象,亟待解决.

Application of antibiotics in department of gynaecology during perioperative period

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the use of antibiotics in department of gynecology during perioperative period in order to promote the management and management of prophylactic antibiotics.METHODS By the means of retrospective survey,the status of the use of antibiotics for 702 patients in gynecology department from Jan.2010 to Dec.2010 was investigated and analyzed.RESULTS All of the patients have used antibiotics with mean medication time of 3.6d,the patients with the medication time over 3 days accounted for 94.3%;cefotaxime sodium,tinidazole,and amikacin were the top three drugs used by the patients;single drug for treatment accounted for 63.5%,two-drug 35.5%,there were no three-drug treatment.CONCLUSION There are problems existing in prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period,including high starting points,improper selection,high frequency of drug application,long duration of use after operation,and combination use of antibiotics,which need to be resolved.
