C-反应蛋白检测在小儿细菌性肺炎及支原体肺炎中的应用

摘    要:
目的对比分析C-反应蛋白检测在小儿细菌性肺炎和支原体肺炎的诊断价值。方法选取148例肺炎患儿及同期进行健康体检的150例健康小儿作为研究对象,对所有受试者进行C-反应蛋白、肺炎支原体、血常规检测,对148例肺炎患儿治疗前后进行C-反应蛋白水平检测,比较健康小儿、支原体肺炎患儿、细菌性肺炎患儿的C-反应蛋白水平,比较细菌性肺炎患儿与支原体肺炎患儿治疗前后的C-反应蛋白水平,比较C-反应蛋白对不同类型肺炎患儿的阳性检测率,综合评价C-反应蛋白在肺炎患儿诊断鉴别中的价值。结果健康患儿、肺炎支原体患儿、细菌性肺炎患儿的C-反应蛋白分别为(3.58±0.79)、(14.82±3.69)、(68.54±28.31)mg/L;组间比较,肺炎组患儿明显高于健康组患儿(P<0.05),而细菌性肺炎组患儿明显高于支原体肺炎组患儿(P<0.05);细菌性肺炎患儿C-反应蛋白的阳性率为93.3%、支原体肺炎患儿为45.6%,患儿经治疗后,C-反应蛋白均明显下降,上述指标组间比较及治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 C-反应蛋白检测可作为鉴别细菌性肺炎和支原体肺炎的有效手段,有助于临床医师采取相应的治疗方法及早治疗患儿,以免耽误病情。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To compare and analyze the C-reactive protein detection for the diagnosis of the children with bacterial pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia.METHODS A total of 148 children with pneumonia and 150 healthy children were chosen as the research subjects.All subjects were taken with the C-reactive protein,Mycoplasma pneumoniae,and blood testing.The levels of C-reactive protein of 148 cases of pneumonia children were tested before and after the treatment.The C-reactive protein levels of the healthy children,the children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and the children with bacterial pneumonia were compared.The C-reactive protein levels of the children with bacterial pneumonia and the children with mycoplasma pneumonia were compared before and after the treatment,the positive detection rates of C-reactive protein for the children with various types of pneumonia were compared,the value of C-reactive protection in the diagnosis of pneumonia was evaluated comprehensively.RESULTS The C-reactive protein levels of the healthy children,the children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and the children with bacterial pneumonia were respectively as follows:(3.58±0.79)mg/L,(14.82±3.69)mg/L,and(68.54±28.31)mg/L;as compared with the levels of C-reactive protein,the level of the children with pneumonia was significantly higher than that of the healthy children(P<0.05),the level of the children with bacterial pneumonia group was significantly higher than that of the children with Mycoplasma pneumonia(P<0.05);the positive detection rate of C-reactive protein of the children with bacterial pneumonia was 93.3%,the children with mycoplasma 45.6%;the level of C-reactive protein was significantly decreased after the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION The detection of C-reactive protein may be used as an effective way to identify the bacterial pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia,which can also help the clinicians to take appropriate treatment in a timely manner.
