社区医护人员医院感染认知与管理的调查分析

目的调查社区医护人员医院感染的认知状况并分析,了解社区医院感染管理的现状。方法随机抽样调查社区医院在职医护人员。结果部分医护人员已经具备了医院感染的基本知识,在工作中积极进行了预防和控制,但在一些具体概念及操作方面仍存在问题,对职业防护及手卫生知识知晓率偏低,护士、医师、医技人员的知晓率分别为42.8%、43.8%、27.5%;大多数社区医院建立了医院感染管理组织机构并建立了部分规章制度,但管理力度仍不够。结论社区医院感染管理者需要进一步加强对社区医护人员医院感染知识的宣传、培训工作,并加大社区医院感染管理工作的力度。

Awareness of nosocomial infections of medical staff in community and analysis of management

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the cognition status of hospital infections of community health care workers,and then to understand the status of management of community hospital infections.METHODS The health care workers who working in community hospital were randomly sampled and investigated.RESULTS Some health care workers had some basic knowledge of hospital infections,and actively applied to the work for prevention and control,but there were still problems in some aspects such as specific concepts and operations.The awareness rates of the nurse,doctor,and technical personnel about occupational protection and hand hygiene were 42.8%,43.8%,and 27.5%,respectively.Most community hospitals had set up the management organizations,rules,and regulations of hospital infections,but the intensity of management was still not enough.CONCLUSION The administrators of community hospital infection need to further strengthen the publicity and training of hospital infection knowledge for community health care workers,and need to greatly increase the intensity of management of community hospital infections.
