摘    要:目的 了解医院感染常见革兰阴性杆菌的分布及耐药性.方法 所有标本严格依照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行;Walkaway-40全自动细菌鉴定系统,NC31复合板完成.结果 2009-2010年分离革兰阴性杆菌2942株,主要是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌,检出率分别为22.7%、11.7%、15.8%、14.9%;前3种细菌对亚胺培南仍保持较高的敏感性,后者对该药耐药率>65.0%.结论 大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌检出率呈上升趋势,鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性最高且耐药性严重;应加强耐药监测,合理使用抗菌药物.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of common gram-negative bacilli causing nosocomial infections.METHODS All specimens were cultured strictly in accordance with the clinical laboratory operating procedures;Walkaway 40 automatic bacterial identification system was adopted,the NC31 composite board was completed.RESULTS A total of 2492 stains of gram-negative bacilli were isolated in two years,mainly including Escherichia coli(22.7%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(15.8%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(11.7%),and Acinetobacter baumannii(14.9%);the first three bacteria remained highly sensitive to imipenem,while the resistance rate of the latter has reached above 65.0%.CONCLUSION The detection rates of E.coli and P.aeruginosa assumes the upward trend,the drug resistance of A.baumannii is most serious;it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance for drug resistance and use antibiotics reasonably.
