二级以下医疗机构医院感染管理现状及应对策略

目的 分析贺州市二级以下医疗机构医院感染管理存在的问题,提出应对策略,保障医疗安全.方法 参照《广西医院感染管理质量评价标准》、《医疗废物管理条例》,对贺州市二级以下医疗机构医院感染管理的现状进行分析与研究.结果 各医院感染管理组织建设已初具规模,但存在医院感染管理工作形式化及表面化、相关设施投入不足、制度职责不健全、消毒隔离及手卫生措施落实不到位、医疗废物管理欠规范等许多的隐患.结论 医院感染管理工作任重道远,需要政府、卫生监督部门、医院各级人员的共同努力,才能筑起一道预防控制医院感染的安全线.

Present situation of management of nosocomial infections in second-level following medical institutions and response countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To analyze the problems existing in the management of nosocmial infections in second-level following medical institutions so as to propose corresponding countermeasures and ensure the medical safety.METHODS Referring to the quality evaluation criteria of the hospital infection management in Guang Xi and Medical Waste Control Regulations,the present situation of the nosocomial infection management in the second-level following medical institution was analyzed and studied.RESULTS The construction of various nosocomial infection management and organization have been taken scale,and however there were many still hidden dangers in the management of nosocomial infections,including the formal and superficial management,inadequate investment of related facilities,unsound system and duty,disinfection and isolation and the hand hygiene measures without being implemented in place,and the measures of medical waste without standardized management.CONCLUSION The management of nosocomial infections is hard and important,the government,hygiene supervision department,and all levels of hospital staff should joint efforts to build up a safety line to prevent and control the nosocomial infections.
