| 摘 要： | 目的 了解皮肤科病房医院感染发生的特点,为预防与控制医院感染提供依据.方法 对2009年8月-2010年7月的住院患者进行回顾性分析.结果 医院感染率为8.8％,感染部位以皮肤软组织为首,占62.3％,医院感染病原菌以革兰阳性菌为主,占57.1％.结论 合理使用抗菌药物,严格执行手卫生制度、床边隔离、无菌操作是皮肤科病房预防医院感染的关键措施.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate characteristics of the noncomial infections in department of dermatology so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections.METHODS An retrospective analysis of the patients who were enrolled from Aug 2009 to Jul 2010 was performed.RESULTS The rate of nosocomial infections was 8.8%,the skin and soft tissue ranked the first place of the site with infections,accounting for 62.3%,the bacteria causing nosocomial infections were predominated by gram-positive bacteria(57.1%).CONCLUSION Reasonable use of antibiotics,enforcement of standards for hand hygiene,bedside isolation,and aseptic operation are the key measures to prevent nosocomial infections in department of dermatology. |
