老年患者抗梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性与免疫印迹法结果的对比分析

目的 对老年患者梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)检测阳性的标本,用免疫印迹法进行确认,分析其在老年患者梅毒诊断中的临床价值.方法 用梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)和甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)作为梅毒筛查,对老年患者TPPA阳性标本用免疫印迹法(WB)进行确认.结果 TPPA阳性的64例老年患者送检标本,用WB检测确证阳性63例,阳性符合率为98.4％,阴性符合率为100.0％.结论 TPPA测定抗梅毒抗体有较高的阳性符合率,几乎全部存在既往感染或隐性感染,对TRUST结果则应综合分析.

Comparison of anti-treponema pallidum antibody and western blotting in the elderly

OBJECTIVE To identify the positive samples detected by Treponema pallidum particle agglutination(TPPA) in the elderly with western blot(WB) and analyze its clinical value in the diagnosis of syphilis in the elderly.METHODS The screening tests for syphilis were performed with TPPA and toluidine red untreated serum test(TRUST),the positive samples of the elderly detected by TPPA were conformed by WB.RESULTS Of the 64 positive samples detected by TPPA,63 samples were simultaneously confirmed positive by WB assays with the positive coincidence rate of 98.4% and the negative coincidence rate of 100.0%.CONCLUSION TPPA used for determination of anti-syphilis antibody has a high positive coincidence rate,almost all of the elderly are with the past infections or latent infections,the comprehensive analysis should be performed for the results of TRUST.
