综合干预对规范围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的作用

目的 探讨综合干预对规范围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的作用与效果.方法 采取回顾性与前瞻性调查相结合的方法,对选定外科手术患者预防应用抗菌药物进行调查.结果 术前30 min～2 h给药干预前为55.6％、干预后为95.5％；术后用药干预前平均6.8d、干预后2.7d；抗菌药物应用合理性由于预前43.98％提升至干预后的88.23％,差异有统计学意义.结论 综合干预对规范围手术期预防应用抗菌药物具有积极作用且效果满意,但机制方法仍需进一步细化和优化.

Effect of comprehensive interventions on prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period

OBJECTIVE To discuss the function and effect of antibiotics during perioperatice period through comprehensive interventions.METHODS The retrospective investigation combined with the prospective investigation was adopted to study the use of prophylactic antibiotics for the selected patients.RESULTS The pre-intervention group was 55.6% 30 min-2 h before the operation,the post-intervention group was 95.5%;the average postoperative application of antibiotics was 6.8d before the intervention and 2.7d after the intervention;the rationality of the use of antibiotics increased from 43.98% before the intervention to 88.23% after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION The comprehensive intervention in the prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period are both necessary and practical,promoting the level of rational use,but this mechanism needs to be further detailed and optimized.
