摘    要:
目的 探讨ICU医院感染目标性监测及治疗分析.方法 选取2008年9月-2010年12月就诊的300例ICU患者为研究对象,将患有基础疾病患者的感染率进行统计比较.结果 在ICU医院感染中,呼吸系统疾病感染率为20.00%,中枢神经系统疾病为16.67%,心血管系统疾病为11.11%,血液系统疾病为8.70%,消化系统疾病为5.08%,肾内疾病为2.63%,呼吸系统疾病患者的感染率明显高于其他基础疾病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采取有效的护理措施,加强对ICU的管理,严格无菌操作技术和消毒隔离制度,才能切实降低ICU医院感染率.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the targeted monitoring and treatment of nosocomial infections in ICU.METHODS A total of 300 patients in ICU in the hospital from Sep 2008 to Dec 2010 were chosen as the research objects.The prevalence of patients with underlying diseases and conditions was taken for statistical analysis.RESULTS Among the nosocomial infections in the ICU,the prevalence of respiratory infection was 20.00%,the prevalence of the central nervous system infection was 16.67%,the prevalence of cardiovascular disease was 11.11%,the infection rate of blood system diseases was 8.70% and the infection rate of digestive system diseases was 5.08%,the infection rate of the patients with renal diseases was 2.63%.The prevalence of the infections was significantly higher in the patients with respiratory system diseases than in the patients with other underlying diseases,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Taking the effective measures to strengthen the ICU ward nursing management and implementing the strict aseptic techniques and sterile isolation system can effectively reduce nosocomial infections in ICU.
