女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者人乳头状瘤病毒感染及分型研究

目的 探讨女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的基因分型及复发情况,为临床早期诊断和治疗提供参考.方法 采用聚合酶链反应法对2009年9 月-2011年9月经医院临床和病理诊断确诊为女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者183例外阴皮疹HPV感染情况进行分型,同时对患者进行出院后复诊.结果 183例HPV阳性标本中低危型感染121例占66.12％,高危型感染42例占22.94％,混合型20例占10.94％；不同HPV基因分型复发率由高到低依次为:高危型、低危型、混合型.结论 女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者中不同基因分型的HPV感染的复发情况不同,应根据不同基因分型给予合理的预防复发措施.

Human papillomavirus infection in female patients with Condyloma acuminataand its genotyping

OBJECTIVE To explore the genotyping of human papillomavirus causing Condyloma acuminata in female patients as well as the recurrence,so as to provide reference for early diagnosis and treatment.METHODS From Sep 2009 to Sep 2011,a total of 183 female patients with condyloma acuminata were detected for the classification of HPV-DNA with gene chips by PCR,the referral was performed following the patients’ discharge from the patients.RESULTS Among them,121 cases(66.12%) were positive for low risk-HPV,42 cases(22.94%) for high risk-HPV,and 20 cases(10.94%) for low risk/high risk-HPV mixed subtypes;from high to low,the relapse rates of different HPV subtypes were high risk-HPV,low risk-HPV,and low risk/high risk-HPV mixed subtypes.CONCLUSION The reoccurrence of different subtypes of HPV infections varies in the female patients with Condyloma acuminata,it is necessary to perform the reasonable measures of prevention of the reoccurrence in accordance with the genotyping.
