医院心内科肺部感染患者病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解医院心内科肺部感染患者临床分离的病原菌及耐药性,为临床医师合理选择抗菌药物提供依据.方法 收集2010年1月 2010年6月心内科提供的痰培养标本60份,进行细菌鉴定与药敏分析.结果 心内科肺部感染患者检出病原菌60株,以革兰阴性菌为主,40株占66.7%,最常见的为肺炎克雷伯菌18株占30.0%,其次是大肠埃希菌12株占20.0%,铜绿假单胞菌10株占16.7%.结论 革兰阴性菌仍为肺部感染的主要病原菌,肺炎克雷伯菌所占比例较高,对二、三代头孢菌素有较高的耐药性,临床医师应根据药敏结果合理遴选抗菌药物,同时加强耐药菌的监测.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the species and the drug resistance of the pathogens isolated from the patients with pulmonary infections in department of cardiology so as to provide bases for reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS A total of 60 sputum samples supplied by cardiology department from Jan to Jun 2010 were collected,the identification and drug susceptibility testing were performed.RESULTS There were 60 strains of pathogens isolated from the patients with pulmonary infections in cardiology department,gram-negative bacteria(40 strains) were predominant pathogens,accounting for 66.7%,Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates(18 strains,30.0%) were the most common,followed by Escherichia coli(12 strains,20.0%) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(10 strains,16.7%).CONCLUSION Gram-negative bacteria remain the main pathogenic bacteria causing pulmonary infections,among which K.pneumoniae takes a large proportion and highly resistant to the second and third generation of cephalosporins,the clinician should rationally choose antibiotics according to drug susceptibility testing,while intensifying the surveillance of drug resistant strains.
